The project was jointly developed by our institute, the Department of Building Technology and Science of Tsinghua University, and Tongfang Co., Ltd. According to the current situation of China’s treatment of straw waste pollution, comprehensively considering the distribution of straw resources and environmental characteristics in cold regions, it is proposed based on "one village, one factory" "The concept of "coal-free ecological village" in cold regions based on biomass processing and clean utilization technology. Comprehensively considering the three main energy consumption areas of rural buildings, heating, cooking and domestic hot water, relying on multiple technologies, comprehensive research is carried out from three aspects: reducing energy demand, increasing energy supply and improving energy consumption. The main research contents are as follows: (1) Passive energy-saving application technology to reduce building heating load. (2) Technological plan of biomass processing in cold regions, economic and feasibility analysis of processing. (3) Established a complete set of technical systems for the resource processing and utilization of straw-based biomass, new clean cooking and heating burners and new high-efficiency terminals, forming a new straw fueling of straw collection-solidification forming-free replacement-cooking and heating Use patterns. According to the cooking and heating mode and cold weather conditions in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province, using passive solar energy to reduce building heating in line with the "one village, one factory" biomass processing model and new high-efficiency cooking and heating technologies will build 80% of the villages in our province. "Coal-free ecological village" calculates that it can process 15 million tons of biomass straw each year, save 7 million tons of standard coal annually, reduce farmers’ fuel expenses by 7 billion yuan per year, and reduce 28 million tons of CO2, 260,000 tons of SO2, and 80,000 tonsof NOx and 190,000 tons of fine particulate matter (PM2.5).
