In this project, dozens of strains of degrading and repairing functional bacteria which can degrade, transform and co-metabolize harmful substances such as petroleum hydrocarbons, macromolecular organics and inorganic substances have been selected and developed. A complete set of process engineering technologies for the fermentation and bioremediation of microbial remediation agent with an annual output of 1000 tons and the annual treatment of 120000 m3 drilling cuttings are researched and developed. The original class II solid waste meets the national standard class I solid waste index requirements. The treated drilling cuttings can be used for road pavement, pit landfill, brick making and other resource utilization. In August 2019, the process technology passed the process technology evaluation and environmental risk assessment of Nanjing Institute of environmental protection, Ministry of ecology and environment. In January 2020, the environmental assessment report of Ordos environmental assessment center was passed. In August 2020, it passed the environmental protection acceptance of Ordos Ecological Environment Bureau in Inner Mongolia. The results can be widely used in bioremediation and resource utilization of drilling cuttings produced by oil and gas field exploitation.
