This project studies the technical problems of excessively fast attenuation of ultrasonic waves in molten metal and easy erosion of ultrasonic tool heads. The goal is to obtain ultrasonic physical metallurgy technology and equipment with independent intellectual property rights. Ultrasonic physical metallurgical technology and equipment are applied to the semi-continuous casting of large-size non-ferrous metal ingots and continuous casting and rolling of slabs and billets.
