Information and analytical system represents the combination of methods, program-technical, communication means, information resources providing the measurement of diagnostic parameters and operation modes of electric drives, accumulation, storage, analysis of the measured data, identification, determination of the technical condition of electric drives and evaluation of their residual life. The target practical application of the system – monitoring of the technical condition of electric drives and evaluation of their residual life.

The identification algorithms of electric drives based on DC motor, asynchronous motor, DC brushless motor and stepper motor, and evaluation algorithms of their residual life have been developed. The experimental stand to identify electric drives has been produced. Quasioptimal digital control algorithms have been developed due to the model adjustment following the identification results.

The project is aimed at:

- development, creation of digital twins of control and diagnostic systems for transport and robotic systems, for example, diagnostic systems for drives of trams, trolley buses, locomotives, electric cars and mobile robots;

- creation of smart diagnostic systems for robots, machine tools and drives.
