In the course of the work, an analytical review of information sources on the types, chemical composition and properties of raw materials and secondary products – waste of the agro-industrial complex, as well as methods of processing for food and feed products will be conducted.
Theoretical and laboratory studies of the use of the cavitation effect in the destruction of organic compounds (proteins, fats and carbohydrates) will be considered and studied.
It is planned to develop and describe technological schemes for obtaining food and feed products with predetermined properties based on processing of plant raw materials and waste from the agro industrial complex;
It is planned to conduct a set of studies to assess the properties of raw materials and waste from the processing industry obtained using cavitation;
An assessment of the biological and productive effects of products obtained by cavitation treatment of raw materials and waste from the agro-industrial complex will be given;
The effect of cavitation treatment of feed products on the exchange of toxic elements in a mineral-deficient diet will be studied.
