With the continuous development of modern green organic agriculture and the agricultural microbial preparations based on the bacteria as main carrier and raw material, the isolated pure cultured microbial strains have been found and applied to modern agricultural production. Relying on the microbial germplasm conservation center platform of Heilongjiang Province, the institute has established a perfect agricultural microbial species (bacteria) conservation technology platform. Adopting proprietary intellectual property preservation technology, identification technology and research means, and modern biotechnology theory and research strategies, we have achieved the precise identification of microbial germplasm resources and the determination of the classification status of functional strains while developing both large-scale and customized preservation of microbial strains and maintaining the long-term bacterial strain activity. In the meanwhile, the preservation technology can meet the needs of scientific research and production in the later stage and provide technical support for the more research on functional microorganisms.
