The project belongs to the cross field of electronic information technology and mine safety technology, which can be widely used in the monitoring and early warning of mine dynamic disasters such as rock burst, surface collapse, roof caving, water inrush, and also for the monitoring and early warning of engineering stability of mines, tunnels, chambers, dams, slopes, high-speed railway subgrade, etc. The project has achieved the following innovative achievements: 1) A new type of fiber Bragg grating acceleration sensor for mining is developed. The wavelength automatic tracking and demodulation technology of narrow linewidth laser is used to realize high sensitivity and low cost demodulation of fiber microseismic signal. 2) The embedded PTP clock synchronization system is developed, which enables the synchronous data acquisition of multiple fiber-optic microseismic monitoring substations in the mine, and realizes multi-area, multi-channel and distributed optical fiber microseismic monitoring. 3) By using the combination optimization algorithm of centralization, row balance pretreatment and Tikhonov regularization, the focal location accuracy is improved to less than 10 meters, which can be used for high-precision microseismic monitoring in mining engineering scale. The project has reached the level of advanced science and technology of Shandong Academy of safety and technology. The project has authorized 5 invention patents and 5 other intellectual property rights. At present, this achievement has been successfully promoted and applied in energy groups such as Laiwu Coal Mine, Shandong gold mine, Shaanxi coal mine and Tongmei coal mine, dozens of key coal mines and non coal mines, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. At present, there are more than 1000 large coal mines and more than 8000 non coal underground mines in China, of which 80% have dynamic disasters induced by rock mass instability. According to this calculation, the market capacity of microseismic monitoring equipment is nearly 10000 sets, the market scale is nearly 10 billion yuan, and the prospect is very broad. The results of this project have the characteristics of passive intrinsic safety, high sensitivity, long transmission distance, high positioning accuracy, obvious technical advantages and high cost performance, which provides a new technical means for mine high-precision microseismic monitoring.
