On the basis of rich germplasm resources and different breeding generations, a series of studies on the screening and positioning of key trait genes and the construction of regulatory pathways were carried out by using molecular biology methods such as multi-omics combination and gene mapping analysis, focusing on the key factors such as industrial hemp fiber yield, seed quality and active ingredients. It provides the key support for breeding new varieties and improving the key traits of varieties through genetic breeding by molecular improvement technology.
